How you actually operate it(i mean from fixing up the entire CO2 system, guage-check valve...., turning on the co2)

well i follow wat d shop owner ask me to and also d instructions in d box. first i connect d gauge valve to d bottle n when i turn on, the bottle pressure shows 1000 kg/cm square( shop owner says tats what i should get). a hose is connected from d gauge valve to a bubble tester bottle(1bps) n d outlet on d bubble tester goes to d dispenser in d tank. every thing looks ok last night when i fix it n its working nicely. pressure drop to almost zero in the morning but i can still see bubbles in the tester. i immediately did a check by immersing d bottle head into a pail of water but dun see any leak. by afternoon its empty.

Ensure your gauge regulator is tightly secured, no leakage. The check valve too, placed into water to see whether any leakage. Do so for the bubble counter.
Example if the check valve is leaking, huge amount of co2 be lost even the bubble counter showed your desired bps.
can consider bring back to the shop and enquire.

Note, AQ practise no short forms in our message!

    Thanks richietay for the reminder!

There is definately a leak somewhere. Bring it back to the shop and ask them to check it out for you. There can be a leak at the regulator, the bubble counter, or the check valve.
