it sounds like white spot, one of the shop treatments should work without damaging the bacteria in the filter.

Your neon tetra(s) might have the incurable and doomed neon disease. If it does, your tetra(s) will have to be left to die in a hospital tank or killed by you. DO NOT FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET!! IT IS VERY CRUEL AND BAD!!

    From here:
In English, the "full stop" or "period" (.) marks the end of a sentence. The "colon" (:) is at the transition point of the sentence. The "semicolon" (;) separates different clauses, or statements. The "comma" (,) separates clauses, phrases, and particles.

    Whitespot's very common.

    Hi there.

I also experience little white spots on my neon's tail? How can I cure him? He's in a tank with 4 guppies?

What I did the last time was a pinch of salt(Mine was a very small tank, books recommend 0.3% salt), and place the tetras in a warm area. they are alright after 1 or 2 days. No medication involved.

Hi all. I have 5 guppies of which 2 is female. One of them gave birth about a month ago and the other one yesterday. All the babies seem to be fine and is placed in a seperate tank but how long before I can put them in with the others? They still seem very small? Please advise, I'm still new to this. Thanks
