I am pretty sceptical, 19C but I don't see condensation on the glass panel

I would think that the tank is in an air-conditioned room!
Don't think fan can bring the temperature that low and that's also explain why there's no condensation.

    Its just my guess!

Can see from the image it's probably a DIY cooling fan. the fan could be attached to a TEM and coldfin or what, and i don't think the fan alone have the capabilities of achieving the temperature.
Zyblack, you owned the fan? Or you able to disclose more on it?

Folks, I strongly agree with you. Otherwise the chiller manufacturer already run bankrupt since years ago.

Haha...It looks cool right? Ya ya ya...it is just a joke...no such amazing fan exist right now ...but I really do hope it does in the future. I took a picture of my DIY fan to send to my friend then realise that it look pretty cool with the light reflected off the black surface. Since I wasn't be able to catch World Cup last night so decided to use the fan picture and the picture of the thermometer showing a fake temperature to tease you guys and whittle away some sleepless time . It took me some time to come up with the product description and was actually spinning the thought of naming it "Guilleable-U"

Sad though...no one offered me a high price for the fan or I would have sold it along with the thermometer fixed at 19 degrees Celsius.

OK...it is a DIY fan...cool looking fan clips right? I used my left over IKEA mirror holder clips to hold my fan. Wonder if IKEA sells this as spares, will go take a look and tell you guys. Pretty niffty looking and fits perfectly.

Remember it is a joke and no such power product exist. No offence guys!

I am highly skeptical. As I am also into self building and modding of computers, if such a fan exist, would have already caused a big who har in the computer modding community.

Theorectical limit of how much a fan can cool is the wet bulb temperature. The wet bulb temperature is dependent on the humidity of the air. In our climate, it will be around 23 to 24°C. In dryer climate with cooler ambient temperature, it is possible to achieve lower temperature. But, practically, one needs also to take heat source like the lightings into consideration.

The fan I am using is iCute brand (no kidding) and the amp is 0.10, making it absolutely silent. The tank's original temperature is 29 degrees Celsius with the 13 watts light on and no fan. Now with both light and fan on, my tank's temperature is a steady 26 degrees daytime and 25 degrees nighttime with lights off and fan on 24 hours. Pretty good for DIY job costing 16 bucks (clips excluded).

BC: do you mean that if my surrounding temp is 24 degrees, my fan is able to cool my tank down to 24 degrees? Just checking.
