Anyone knows how long does emerse downoi turn submerse?

I was told by the LFS owner where i got it from that it will take about 2 weeks. In the meantime, they may melt away but will grow newrunners and start to see some growth after 2 weeks
not sure .. just got mine for 2 days in the tank and starting to see it melt a bit already ... does that happen to yours ?
No sign of melting yet, been in my tank for 5days, but they have turned dark green and become smaller. When i first purchased them, they are big and pale greenish.
Maybe because i am blasting them with 4x39W of T5?
