    Hi all,

Understand that nerite snail egg can only hatch in brackish water. Anyone try successfully before?

Any tips to make brackish water and correct condition for nerite snail breeding?

    Welcome all discussion here.

Hi,maybe you can get the water from changi beach park or pasir ris park.
just put the eggs in without adding freshwater.
changi and pasir ris park water have lower salinity levels than east coast park,
so if you get the water from east coast park, just add in some freshwater and it should do.
east coast park water is fully marine while pasir ris and changi are closer to brackish.

Er, sea water cannot be left stagnant for too long. You might need to create a brackish water setup.
If you've learnt, teach, if you have, give.

    Yes,that is true.
you need to put an air pump in the container of seawater for it to not spoil.
A hang on filter is good also if you plan on placing the eggs in a tank.
