As mentioned in the title : how do you feed the shrimps in tank that has other tankmates like mollies and otos ?

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Specs : 3 x 2 x 2 ft tank
50 cherry shrimps but only managed to see 5~8 in the open.
    4 otos
1 adult molly and 2 baby mollies
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've tried feeding algae wafers and crab crusine pellets but the otos will feed 1st leaving very little for the shrimps which is causing me a headache because :

    1. I scare later the otos don't want to eat algae anymore (jus like SAE), preferred wafers/pellets.
    2. Shrimps might not have enough to eat.

Don't ask me to remove the otos because :

    1. Very difficult to catch them.
    2. A 3x2x2 all shrimps tank looks too boring to my liking.

    Any suggestions/advice/ideas ?

    Thanks in advance

actually don't need to worry on shrimps whether will get their fair share, it will feast on other things like algae..etc. my otos and shrimps will feed on the food i introduce together!
otos are still quite hardworking in their primary job(clearing algae). If you worry about them changing of diet, feed less often.

how, i feed my shrimpies, is by breaking the pallette into small pieces(2-3mm), then place them at every section of the tank(spread them equally around the tank). This way all your shrimpies and oto can have their meal.

    Just share my opinion

Don't worry.. I don't even feed my shrimps in my office tank! They will scrape of any uneaten food missed out by my Boraras merah... Moreover, there are microscopic algae on plants and ornaments and wood in the tank which the shrimps can feed on...

That's why shrimps like mosses... Security plus lots of microscopic algae...

Just a quick question but do you leave your dead fish in the tank and let the shrimp 'take care' of it?

    I do, you see.

I don't because I scared got disease outbreak due to decomposition of the dead fish/shrimp.
