With the 3 volumes of Amano's Nature Aquarium World. Which book is the better deal out of the 3?

Any reviews of individual volume here in AQ?

Personally, I find the first 3 volumes a bit dated in style. The slim 4th book is much better and has more how-to-setup information. I would choose this together with the six English Aquajournals.

Can't find the 4th book in Kinokuniya data base. Book not for sale locally? Also, where to find aqua journals?

I think you should be able to ask Kino to order it, since it's from the same publisher. The English aquajournals are sold at NA Nature Aquarium, if I am not wrong.

'Aquarium Plant Paradise' can be found in Kinokuniya... I bought mine there sometime back... S$2x...

Mecedesfish, would you like me to shift your query to the Marketplace?

Great Thomas... But looking at the reviews...seems like its not a very popular book.

Yes, sadly, this book has fewer scapes to showcase and IMO, the quality is not as good as the other 3 books...

If I'm not wrong this book is the old one? We can easily get hold of it from the library.

i thought the 4th book is actually the old original 1st book??

I bought that edition and the 2nd book from kinokuniya. my personal opinion is i found the 1st and 2nd books worth it as they feature designs for smaller tanks. the 3rd book is all about bigger tanks. i think you only need to get 1 book because after a while the tanks all look similar - the second book will be my choice as it has different tank sizes (nano cubes to over 4 feet).
