do you mean "should" instead of "can"??

You CAN put it anywhere you want because it is your chiller.
you SHOULD, however, only put it inside the cabinet if you have enough ventilation.

as i recall you should give a clearence on one foot in front and behind the chiller for ventilation.
note that the futher away the hot air gets blow the greater the temperature diffenrential around the chiller.
hence efficiency is maintained.

ideally do not block the front or the back (or wherever the ventilation area is) of the chiller.
