Help me on LushGro fertilisation

I just bought LushGro deal 1 which consist of LG Aqua, Micros, KH2PO4, K2SO4,KNO3,MgSO4 and NaHCO3. Can anyone share with me how to use the KH2PO4, K2SO4,KNO3,MgSO4 ?

The instruction is 1-2g per litre of water. that means I have to use up to a bottle of each (100g) for a tank of 100L of water? Don't seem logical. There must be some form of premixing them into solution. Please help

You can refer to these threads and the Excel regarding Lushgro Aqua and Lushgro-Micros. I think the instructions printed are not right.
