Inception since set up is already close to one month, water is still cloudy and dont know why, change water but its cloudy again and try super clear solution, but dont seemsto work, it did clear up before this cloudy thing happened. tested for NH4+, NO2, all are very low, so bacterial is working to break down the nitrogen cycle. I have 2.5 cm of gravel to cover the substrate fertiliser (JBL aquabasic). what is wrong? fishes and prawns seems ok. Tank is not overloaded with live stock. Size of tank is 120litres, kh 5, co2 30ppm, all nutrients are present in excess for plants uptake

I think water change should be ideally once a week only, have less fishes and more plants. Experts here always talked about using mulm in the filter canister for new set-up.

I think your WC killed your BB, try adding Seachem Stability, my tank got cloudy after I wash my filter sponge (even with dechlorinated water) Added Seachem stability, the tank cleared up shortly.

It's not just "Step1: Add Water, Step2: Add Fish" If everything else don't work, add plastic plants and fish
