alternatively, you can use a razor to scrap them off![]()
Hi
Thanks! is it very difficult to remove?
wet them first, then it will be relatively easy to scrap them off
There is a rank cleaning spray by JBL available at polyart, pretty good, supposedly harmless to fishes
Make sure your razor blade is not rusty and apply force evenly, as it will scratch the glass surface if not handle carefully.Originally Posted by kemp
I swtich to a plastic scrapper (bought from DIY shop) which is more glass-safe.
just buy a lemon and use the juice. works wonders. the fishes even seem to like the taste.
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

Thanks! I also wants to clean the back of my 4 ft tank. However, it seems difficult to access as the back of my tank is facing the wall. Anyone knows any equipment/ tools that can access to it?
any window cleaner will work for the face outside of the tank.
you can use newspapers to wipe so you won't have fibres sticking to the surface.
