Guys, is there such a thing as US gallons? what is the difference?

For a standard 2 ft tank am I right to say that the capacity is about 15 gal?

3.78 litres = 1 US gallon

so i suppose the medications dosage instruction is for US gallons if litres are not stated? or if its a europe product its in UK gallon?

check
they will state imperial gallons if it's not the US gallon
