    Anyways the bad month continues for me.... in the teleconference this morning I got F-ed upside down by my boss for someone else's mistake for scheduling a meeting wrongly plus for not sending out the invites (NOT MY JOB SCOPE TO BEGIN WITH!!!!!) that person who made the mistake just kept silent while my boss blasted away at me like a fully-oiled GPMG... (plus I HATE it when people raise their voices with me... I'm not deaf or dumb)

    I just kept quiet, as she being the sturbbon *** that she is, would not want to listen to my reasoning (she practices favortism). I already explained to her the day before that the reason for me not attending is that

    1. I have to attend my marriage preparation course in order to get solemnized in church
    2. I have paid $520 and all 6 lessons which span over a period of 6 weeks (every Weds) are compulsory and if I miss 1 session, it'll be a forfeit (including the cash...)
    3. Since IBM won't want to compensate for me that $520 I paid in full just to attend one lousy meeting, why should I bother?

    I really am praying that August will be kinder to me and am at the brink of slapping my boss with my resignation letter or should I just play along as as I go, once in a while just sabotage her once in a while?

    Footnote: She's been acting like a MAD bitch for the past 2 months and seems to want to drive me up the wall to which I wonder why as well as I have done my part and work diligently, which have of course been noticed by my other boss.

    I generally dislike woman bosses since they have this mood swing thing (Da-yi-ma...period) and can really be a pain to work with.

    Yeah... (no offense to any lady bosses or husbands to lady bosses in this forum) only one favor that I want lady bosses' to take note of..

    When you're pissed off for any personal (menses) or work-related reason. DO NOT take it out on the person next to you.... You never know when that person next to you might have some phycho-killer tendencies.

    Think its easier to work with guy bosses. At least when do something wrong, they tell you in the face and its normally settled over a jug or mug of beer....

    Lady bosses --> its always about how hard I will end up banging my head against the wall.

    Personally have nothing against lady bosses, just lady bosses who think they should act like "men" when they're in charge of anything Then of course comes the issue of most women thinking all men are angry and loud

    Still, if i were you i'd be setting her up for huge sabotage, a grown woman with no self-control doesn't deserve to be in a position of authority.
