I have been feeding my fish with both live and frozen daphnias. Now my hairgrass lawn seem to littered with leftovers. Any recommendation for a cleanup crew without messing up my lawn? Or do you think it is better I just get more fish to eat them up? I normally give 2 cube of frozen dapnias a day, one in the morning and one in the night. Thinking of halving that amount.

Any small shrimp will do. Or if you're feeding experimental i could hand you some pods. Managed to get them breeding again

Once you have the plants rooted, any 'clean up' crew is good... Corydoras catfish, shrimps, loaches, bristlenoses, even smaller fishes... It all depends on what you have in your tank now...

Or another way is to reduce feeding. Or just get a little bit more of what you are keeping now...
    Read me! http://justikanz.blogspot.com/

    I'm crypt collecting... Starting cheap, now have Cryptocoryne beckettii, C.beckettii var petchii, C.crispatula var.balansae, C.griffithii(Melted! ), C.nurii, C.parva, C.pygmaea(Melted! ), C.tonkinensis(Melted! ), C.walkeri, C.wendtii 'Brown', C.wendtii 'Green', C.wendtii 'Green Gecko', C.wendtii 'Tropica' and Cryptocoryne x willisii

Oh, juggling is hard work, man!...

I prefer to do manual syringe feeding of daphnia to the fishes... this will ensure that the fishes finish up their food before more is added...

A bit like target feeding in the case of marine...

Hey, thanks for the offer, might do just that. In fact, I think I will take all of your advice, gives me a bloody good reason to get more fish and shrimps.

Anyway, I feed once in the morning before I head off to work, would it be easier to simply dump my forzen daphnias into a tubiflex worm holder? Just thinking out loud here.

I personally like Kuhli Loaches as scavengers. They don't mess up plants and can get into the most inaccesible areas imaginable.(sometimes too well)

Yamatoes! How big is your tank?
