I can't agree more, it is weird, where is the foreground plants?
It's not just "Step1: Add Water, Step2: Add Fish" If everything else don't work, add plastic plants and fish

Actually looks OK to me but like not enough plants especially below the driftwood and at the back.

Not sure if changing the driftwood position will help. Instead of convex, turn it to concave. Tie other plants on it like Java Fern or Anubias instead of the same moss as the backdrop. This way, it will look more like a midground. Then add some tall plants as the background plants.

And hide the CO2 reactor somewhere too.

    Just my humble opinions.

The moss wall needs to be completed before anything can be said about the tank

    Did budak give any opinions?

I think the tank need a focus point... The tonina looks a bit out of place.... as juggler have say.. you may need more plants...
