Planning to start a 1ft cube tank in my office were air-con is 24 x 7.

Anyone can advise where i can get 1?

I have already bought ADA soil

Can hairgrass grow in a 1ft cube with ADA Soil with 18W PL lights?

Yes, it can be done. Are you going for non CO2? If so, don't overdose you fert. Growth rate will be slow.
