Problem with CO2 gauges

Hi guys,
Just got a problem with my CO2 gauges.
Right gauge shows the cylinder pressure(1000psi if full tank), left gauge show the output pressure(normally at 40-50 psi). Today suddenly the left gauge shows more than 140 psi(beyond the gauge markings), bubble counter bubbling like crazy.

To troubleshoot, what I did was turned OFF the cylinder manual valve with solenoid still ON, both gauges start to drop to zero readings. Then I turned ON the cylinder manual valve again, immediately the left gauge needle shots up to more than 140 psi.

I suspect a faulty regulator that regulates the output pressure, anyone got similar experience?
Mine is a Tiren set, can NA repair this?
Anyone know how much it cost for the repair ?

I think is your Needle Valve that is giving the problem.

Sounds like an internal issue with the regulator. It might be the spring, diaphragm or valve issue. Either of which works in line with regulation of output pressure. I doubt Chan can do anything about it except sending it back to the manufacturer. Is it under warranty?

It's a regulator problem. The needle valve is located after/on the low presure output of the regulator and if it not totally closed (which I would not suggest to do because is not meant to perform this job) then the output pressure reading should not be that high unless the regulator has an internal problem.

Well, Dreamgarden did says he bubble counter bubbling like crazy when he turns the regulator on. Looks like the needle valve cannot hold the pressure anymore.

You are right. The needle valve is designed to work with a low pressure (up to 2 or 3 bars if I am not wrong). If the regulator does not do its job properly i.e. the low pressure is above the needle valve limits then bubbles come out fast. I would suggest to close the bottle valve in order not to damage the needle valve too. Then change or repair the regulator as fast as you can.

The regulator diaphragm is screwed, get a new regulator.

Thanks guys for the response.
Brought the whole set down to NA, and confirmed a faulty regulator.
No spare support for this Tiren brand, thus bought a new JBJ regulator set.
Set me back a hundred over dollars.

Anyone knows where I can send this Tiren regulator for repair, need a qualify serviceman/shop, wanted to be safe with high pressure stuffs.
Or is it worth repairing?
