Don't change the water, just do regular top-ups.
The fert should be alright.
Guys I'm converting to non CO2 tank now.
12 galons tank, light 2 x 18w PL.
Plants : crypts, sagittaria, fern, windelov, baby tears, amazon sword, brazilian sword, + others don't know the name.
Question is :
Water change about 30 - 40% once a week & add 1ml KNO3, 1ml KH2PO4, 2.5 ml Tetra FloraPride enough / too much for my tank...?
Don't want to get algae bloom anymore...![]()

If you have mainly slow growing plants like java ferns, cryptocoryne etc. you may want to cut back to just one 18w PL tube. Water temperature is very important, please consider buying a fan to bring temperature down to 27C.
yes i agreed too with the temperature. Put at least a fan if your tank is not in an air-con room.
For ferts, once a week at most, 1-2 rice grain's worth of KNO3, about 5x less for KH2PO4, traces: 2mls.
No water changes, less light, a single 18w is enough.

Thanks for sharing guys...
Sorry forgot to clarify the amount (ppm) of ferts.
I try to follow Chuck Gadd's instructions for KNO3 & KH2PO4.
Since I can't find any trace mix here, I use 3.5ml Tetra Florapride (after recalculate, it appears I have to dose 3.5ml instead of 2.5ml according to the bottle's instruction).
My tank temp is around 25-26C. (2 fans attached).
Well, is that ok...?
Last week I reached the wrong bottle, so I added KH2PO4 2 times than suggested dosing. Should I double KNO3 & not dosing KH2PO4 this week?
One more question, I heard Seachem Excel (as I remembered) can kill hair algae, is it true?
Can I add this to kill algaes in my tank? Coz I start to find algae grow again on the substrate.
Anyone have experience?
Or anyone knows better solution than Seachem Excel?

No seachem excel since its some sort of a carbon source. You lift the carbon demand, the nutrient demand goes up. Tetra Florapride can be use as a complete trace mix. Remove the algae manually and add some algae eating critters. (Algae grow slow in a low light non-CO2 tank.). Go for 1.5-2w/g at most.
