Hello guys! Newbie here. Need help with info on planted tanks...
1)I live in singapore like most of u guys...the question has anybody here successfully had fishes in a planted tank without them dying due to PH shifts...coz i notice that the PH in my planted tank shift upon CO2 injection (Pressurised system). (KH up solution used but PH shifts from 7.1 to about 6 within the next day) Please help!!
2)How long will i be able to add fishes to the planted tank? When is the best time? [] not possible now due to the PH problem..scare of harming those fishes...

DEA, thanks for your reply..by the way how long did u wait for the tank to settle before introducing fishes? Your bubble count injected per sec?

1)Use baking soda(sodium bicarbonate) to stablise the pH. If I want to keep expensive fish, I won't allow a pH crash, can be an expensive lesson.
2)Check NO2 level. If it shot to some high level and went back to zero or negligible level, then its safe to add fish.
