very nice especially when they are feasting on CRS
It's not just "Step1: Add Water, Step2: Add Fish" If everything else don't work, add plastic plants and fish

I don't see what's wrong with an anglefish in a planted tank. Perhaps you can give us more information on your setup for more detailed 'advise'... Oh, do start a new thread in marketplace if you are giving the fish away. Thanks...

I have bad experience with this fish in my aquascape...
Not only they feasting my Amano shrimp, red chery shrimp..... They also eat my Guppy no wonder my guppy has lost their fin and several are dead with wound in their body....... So if you want to use angelfish in your aquascape you have to make sure all the partner creature are biger than angelfish mouth....

Yup...they made all my yamatoes jump out of the tank too...only till I find that the red craw shrimps are too big or fierce enuugh to defend themselves, I was having trouble controlling the hair algae problem in my tank. Somehow the anglefish just leave the red craw shrimps alone, even the fries.
