Depend on how you want the growth rate to be. If you want faster growth rate, consistent input of CO2, adequate lighting and sufficient nutrient will do the job. If you intend to go CO2 less, adequate lighting and little nutrient will do. The most important thing here is water temperature. Die Die must put at least a fan to keep the water not more than 29 degree celsius.
