David(SWS) could probably make one for you for pretty cheap. Just give him the dimensions, colour of silicon to be used and preferred glass thickness.

Also the concept of Wabi-Sabi introduced in that book is interesting! 3 "balls" of plants placed in a 60cm tank and left to flourish as they want to.

For such as a small tank it may not cost too much to make one out of acrylic and so you can achieve the clarity.
Plus I don't think it cost a bomb to buy the actual ADA tank of this size. Let's wait for the new distributor to be annouced then we can check out their pricing.

He does, but on such a small tank, he might not. He's located at the AMK industrial park. Pretty close to the train station, a couple of bus stops away.
