    Hi all,

I understand that there is a wide variety of food in the market such as flakes, frozen food and live food (tubifex worm). I presume that feeding fishes with live food such as tubifex and blood worms will enhance growth since they have a better nutrition aspect, they also have the ability to pollute water or have a higher chance of carrying diseases. Is is true that the frozen and dried version of these food are completely safe from diseases? I would like to feed my fishes (cardinal tetras) with the best supplement. Can anyone please comment. Thanks.
