I have never seen them at 3 cm. Mine normally don't go pass 2 cm.

Do take note that some times, there are Malayan shrimps that are exactly like cherry shrimp in coloration. I think hwchoy has a picture too. Deceivingly large.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

I have few giant cherry. They are around 3cm++. I believe they are at least more than 1 year old. Still carry eggs now and then.

    wah okie.
anyway, as they grow older they will have longer periods of producing eggs then eventually they will become infertile?

My adult shrimps which archieved 3cm size can carry more eggs ( what i noticed ), i think they are able to upkeep the eggs better than smaller size female shrimps.
