The Paraotocinclus sp "Peru" is not a mere cleaning tool... It is much much much more sensitive a fish to water parameters and diet than the normal Otocinclus affinis.
Some of the more experienced fish keepers failed to keep the fish alive for more than 3 months! That's how difficult this fish can be...
