Are they intend to relocate? made any enquires with them?
I was at the new location of Fu Wo (Sorry, cannot remember the name of the shop), sigh.. sad news is the current shop is also closing down. The lady was packing up all the stuff and those that can be used, they are selling it as a second hand items..
Just to let everyone know so that you will not make a waste trip there..

The Happiest of people don't neccessary have the best of everything;
they just make the most of everything that comes along their way
When will there be 25 letters in the alphabets?
oh really... that's sad. Fu Wo is one of the shops with better variety of plants.
Seriously, are they relocating again or permanently closing down? When is their last day?

do not do to others what you will not want done to you!
be kind! =)
I spoke to the lady briefly, the shop will be rented out to a company doing computer business. From the the way they packed and selling off some stuff, I doubt they are relocating but I did not asked her. Don't know about the last day too.
Andy, who is the former boss of Fu Wo is into contractor job, let hope that he will be back into this business..

actually it's just a hobby, some maybe serious, some may not. No need to feel obliged to pay the extra mile just to support lfs

it is business, these are the risks all of them have to take, regardless of their industries . All business great or small play the same risks, just different stakes. Besides, the 2 biggest drawback in SMEs is manpower and rental. Too many have fallen because of these two hurdles.
3.3k a month a shop front is very expensive for a lfs, especially if it is only doing retail business.

Andrew
Another one that bite the dust in the Singapore fish business... Sigh...
