It was thirty years later( it terms of fish that is )when the embers last held their party in the valley of serenity. Much has happened since then, darkness has slowly crept in, byrds don't sing anymore, shrimps don't forage anymore. A strange stillness was creeping through the area, strange creatures started to roam around, ember folk started to go missing. It was the arrival of the dark ages and the beginning of what would be known as the great war where the embers would once again take up arms and where the great demon lord kraken was slain by a young ember named Bubu. An adventure awaits, enjoy..........

Probably rescape, will inform you later. The nanas on the left of the 'kraken' are coffefolias, the best of the lot. Glad you like scape, couldn't afford to buy multiple flashes so an angle shot was the best I could mustered, also didn't want to go around and disturb the kakis.

I like the 'octopus' plant at the centre... looks like it's going to grab any of the passing fish suddenly!

For those who are wondering about what Kraken is, it IS with refrence to the "octopus" plant.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kraken

The many long arms are really grabbing you, literally - your attention, that is.

    Hi Celticfish,
Bubu will be presented to you guys when I get my hands on a macro lens and a ST-E2. Valiant was he, as all seem lost in the nigh hour! With only his faith and love of his people left, he gather forth whatever strength left in him and let fly the spear of destiny! The spear skewed the demon and broke his demonic will and the tide of the great battle swung.......BUbu is now in quarantine 2 feet tank.

    Hi jacquetlc,
I'm glad you like the literature or storytelling . This scape is actually a rescape of my previous scape called Ember's party and thus the link...

I also quite enjoy fantasy (and sci-fi), you should try out some of Robert Jordans books, he's brilliant

At the moment it's still very chilly here and is slowly starting to warm up, so South Africa is sunny, BUT chilly You and other members here are more than welcome to come and visit my forum if you ever want to interract or chat to some South African hobbyists, the hobby is still very new over here so we need all the help and inspiration we can get from you well seasoned guys Registration is very quick and we would appreciate all your company www.apsa.co.za (Aquatic Plant South Africa)

Hope I don't get into trouble with the moderators for posting this shameless plug

    Kindest Regards
    Cameron
