might not be, looks emersed. Might have to wait till the plant converts (but I might be wrong )

in this case, simon means that the plant is probably in its emersed form and you have to wait for it to change into its underwater form. In fact, many of the aquatic plants in the hobby have both emmersed and aquatic growth forms, and usually for such plants, the farms grow and sell them in the emmersed form as they are easier to grow and harvest in this state.
