For the power, i am using a DC adapter bought in SL Tower. FYI, there is 2 types., "regulated" and "non-regulated" where the latter is much cheaper for the same power. The latter is for less sensitive equipment like DC fan, etc.
nice work there. Don't know whether is it appropraite to reveal the overall expenses, to compare the price of a commercial one.

Commercial ranges from 7.50 (cheap fan) to 40 dollars (very expensive - blower type system)
The cheaper the fan is, the smaller the fan.
