You have to fill up the diffusor with water. Easiest way is to leave it in place right now and it will slowly fill up with water. Faster way will be to buy a syringe and inject water manually in.
Hi guys. i got a problem with the spiral diffuser i bought from NA. the bubble does not go through the glass spiral, only bubbles go through the ceramic plate. i wanan know how can i make the bubble flow in the spiral. pls help

by the way, how long will it take to fill up the water? cuz, i have one previsouly that doesn't fill up totally and the air bubbles don't move in the spiral.
1) Does the whole glass fill up with water or half only?
2) Do i have to adjust the valve and pressure?
