I'm doing my final yr project in poly.I will be doing 2 set up, one wit canister co2, the other wit DIY co2.I would like to know how wat are the things tat i can compare in these 2 setups?

quite simple, the things to compare
amount of co2 dissolved in water (assuming the mechanism of dissolution is the same, no point comparing reactors to diffusors)
everything else is dependent on this factor
and you have to keep the other variables constant
plants, substrate, lighting, fert, if not it won't be a successful experiment
