HI, I had some stock of aquarium sent to melbourne nearly 2 years ago and I just started aplanted tank in my office...and opened my Seachem Flourish today after 2 years!..Smelt a pungent smell dark colour solution? can anybody tell me if Seachem fert is like that? or it has gone past shelf life??
Need urgent help here please? I also have Sera tablet fertilisers. if anybody has used them before...

As far as I know, Flourish does not have a shelf life. Yes, it does have a smell like very strong soya sauce. Just check for mold growin on the surface. If there is, just skim it off. This is the instructions given by Seachem, either thru a reply to my email or a post they made publicly on some forum.
It is suppose to be a dark colour solution.
