I remember reading somewhere in this site about how to plant hornworts but I can't find the thread anymore.
How does one go about planting hornworts. I plant mine by tying the hornworts loosely to a SS mesh. The hornwort strand is very long so "loops" around the fishing line. I repeat this for each strand till I have a clump of long strands.
The problem comes, as expected, because of the lack of light - I assume - , the lower portions die off and the hornwort strand eventually becomes two (upper portions of plant flourish).
I plant them in a medium dense manner because I like their bushy appearance. Is there anyway to solve this problem besides planting them sparsely or letting them float?
