Snails. not em again.

I hate the snails. After some time, they just seem to appear from nowhere. I always manually get rid of em by removing em with my hands. However, some of my friends advice on usig a puffer.

I tried puffers previously, they also seem to attack my shrimps when the snails run out. Worse, they seem to attack the fishes as well. Theri taisl usually suffer big time.

Any other methods to remove em?
