Hi.. i am not sure whether i am rite.. but dun you have to cycle the tank for at least 3 weeks before you put any fish in? wa.. 50 cardinals... i did not even dare to put in 1 fish in new tank during the first 3 weeks...
i using cycled water n biohome from my 4ft tank.
so maybe its ok, i am not too sure.
no problem yet, touch wood
You're kidding me, 50 cardinals in a 15gallon? Man... I don't know if algae will come soon because of all that ammonia, especially when there are no fast growing plants in your tank other than the E.Tennellus.
em, what is the recommended cardinals i can keep ?
For me, given a 15 gallon tank, I would put in no more than 12 Cardinals. The bioload would be more manageable and the cardinals would have more space to swim around.
