West african-
Not extactly a dwarf by my standard, the thysia Ansorgii grows to about 4 inches. The female is easy to recognised, having a small patch of shining silver scales on the belly.
They are rarely imported, or available, even in the states.
Only one pair, (ok, a male and a female as they can't be put together yet),
3 inches, $40
2.Laetacara dorsigerus
2 inches
$30. 0nly 9.
It is different from the smiling acaras.
It's common name is the red breasted acara.
Grows to about 3 inches.
Currently only 2 inches. To distinguish it from the rest of the smiling acaras, please note the very short round baby face. Currently the brown and red have not developed yet.
