I wanted to ask you guys about using the original ADA co2 diffuser vs the fake ones, is the ADA one really worth the money ? Im thinking of getting one but if it isn't really worth all the money then I will settle with my resun ceramic diffuser.

I saw this thread in another forums
    link to other forums

But I know you guys have more experience when it comes to these things because you have easier access to the china ones hehehe

ADA CO2 diffusors are obviously better made and the ceramic disc porosity might be better than "normal" CO2 diffusors.

If I had the money, I'd get the ADA one imho.

I see, for a 35 gallon i think i might need the small beetle diffuser, in the ADA-sg website it says something like 210 SD i think, to they really cost that much there or in some LFS the price can be lower?

How much to the "normal" onces cost there btw

    *PS*
im asking because im passing by there on feb for some aquarium gear shopping hehehe

You checked the ADA Singapore site or the overseas ADA site?
Wait for awhile for the ADA Singapore site to be up and you can see the recommended retail prices for the equipment on the site.

And in the neighbourhood shops, they are usually sold at a lower price. And by Feb, the official retailers should be stocking the items already. You can also try to contact the official retailers (when the list is out) to get them for you first and you can come down to pick the item up.

And you will get the item at a RRP since Acro-Asia is the sole distributor... Since they wouldn't undercut their retailers... Else they will have no business!

    I'm trying out Mike's (www.Aquaticmagic.com's) Rhinox 1000 and 5000 diffusers.

    I have ADA diffusers also.

The 1000 and the 5000's are as good as the beetle series for 4-5x less the cost.

I think folks will get a much better deal and Mike is local BTW.

    Regards,
