i don't get any problem with algae, or any stress to my fish or shrimp.
my 4ft tank also run on 24/7 Co2.

bro, theoretically you're right but it's only achievable with a use of solenoid.
For those who doesn't own a solenoid like us, we leave our co2 on 24/7
