    Bros out there, currently i had a 2m tank with nana, moss on DW and java fern, but recently i notice there are signs of brown patches on e leaves and on the glass of the fish tanks... hw to cure it? currently having a few CRS, no prawns... i need help! thanks

    wat is tat? i did a WC of 20% and scrub off e brown thingy.. is tat good enough?

    Otocinclus is algae eating fish. Very effective. I think your tank is going through the new tank syndrome and its not fully cycled yet. Continue changing water every 2 - 3 days and test your water to make sure NO2 is zero before adding the Otos or Yamato shrimps. Do add liquid bacteria after water change if you have them.

    If the plants are doing well, and if the bioload isn't excessive, and if you haven't been too lazy (not keeping up with tank maintenance), with the help of a couple of Otos the problem shouldn't come back again.
