Heres after 7 months of hard works to experiment hair grass ....
Spec :
Size: 30 Liter
Light : 16Wx2 PL 10 hrs/day
Temp : ~28 deg C (cooling with fan)
Substrate : "Aquatic Compost" soil top with Lapis sand
Water Hardness : KH ~3 to 4, GH ~ 6
Fert Regime : EI method (KNO3, KH2PO4, LGM, Seachem Equilibrium)
CO2 : yeast mix; DIY internal reactor following Plantbrain's design. PH usually below 6.5 measured with PH probe.
Plants : hairgrass, pigmy chain sword, a few stem of rotala, some moss and algae on wood.
Fish : 3 Octos, 3 Cherry barbs & 5 of some form of tiny golden tetra.

It's simple...but no one said it will be easy
hairgrass growth is really nice. just that i find the wood abit bare, maybe can tie more moss on it
