There's probably lots of free riccia floating around, just that it's a tremendous bother to manage. Bioplast at Boon Keng rd has quite a lot for sale, probably quite cheap.

But even if the riccia is free, you probably won't be after you start planting it. It's a helluva mess to maintain, unless you are paid to do it, like Amano.

Frankly speaking, the Riccia lawn are really nice to see. But the maintenance is really a headache esp when you see lots of Riccia floating at the surface.

BUT, I find it quite a good hiding place for my guppy fries!

BTW, how much is a pack of Riccia selling outside?
