    Hi,

I noticed that my ludwigia arcuata never seems to be able to hit the surface. Once it gets longer, it will bend and throw out side shoots rapidly instead. Any ways to counter this?
I am runnin 96w over 29 gallon tank btw.
    Thanks in advance.

There is no solution, but to cut the shoots and replant them. It is part of the work of being a green finger.

Hmm, I was hoping that was not the final answer. Thanks anyway.
I was looking at 1 pic by ranmasatome, where the top right rear was all arcuata and all were at the surface. If they can't hit the surface......the fire can't burn at the top like his scape.......argh..

Perhaps adjust the light set so that not much light hits the arcuata?
