    E angustifolia-I have had not the peasure of keeping this but unless you had robust growth, you may not use the same technique. IMHO it works only for smaller runner plants up to Sagittaria subulata when they're growing great.
    Glosso included-just snip off the leaves and leave the runners in the soil. Grows back nice. Not recommended for HC though. Actually I snip away at my Vallis nana this way too.

    Lilaeopsis is moderately easy like hairgrass. A tad slower IME. Creates a firm looking carpet.

    Somehow, all echis stopped growing in my tank for me... I wonder why... Even tenellus, which used to be a weed in the same tank...

    Perhaps yours substrate is exhausted or something is missing? I normally get this when the plant mass is high. Something I always underestimate. I have to double the usual dose of ferts.
