Shadow, Water Wisteria also worth some cosideration as a fast grower.
By the way, may I know what's your water's KH and PH value right now?

I do have couple stalks of water wisteria. I will put it in pot for easy removal.

Never measure the KH and PH yet I have PH meter but I do not have KH test kit.

Is there other purpose of measuring KH beside to determine the CO2 level?

It buffers the water from PH swing especially with a newly set-up tank

One week had pass, I don't see any algae yet and my bacopa's are start growing new leaft.

Today start planting my foreground with jap hairgrass, hope it do well in my tank. Saw hair algae on the hairgrass leaft before even planting it in my tank , so I soak it with clorox for awhile, wash it with running water and soak it with anti clorine solution. Hopefully I don't kill the hairgrass as well.

Plan to replace the hornworth with Najas Indica

I think, I just killed my Najas , leaft become transparent
I probably soak it too long in the clorox or pour too much clorox. Can't be help, saw hair algae on the leaft.

Is there any save way to kill hair algae than clorox?

my personal experience to combat hair algae is by manual removal. I guess nothing beats that(at least based on my own experience)

My PH is 4.7, why is it so low? is it normal? is it due to ADA aquasoil Africana?
    No CO2 and fauna yet

Yes, ADA aquasoil is the cause. Have to more regular water change to get the pH down. If you wish (optional), can use Akaline buffer and KH up to reduce PH swing after water change.
