if im not wrong this plant can be found at Teo's farm. i bought one from him the last time i visited. its very hardy and it tends to get very big and tall.
Erm, got it from Indonesia- Been told it's not not bullosa, keei or affinis.
Heck even I don't know what it is hence Thomas has been kind enough to post it up.
Looked it up in J Bastmeijer's page and got more confused.
Won't know till either of us get's it to infloresce I guess.
One thing for sure is that the bullated leaves are very attractive.
PS: thanks Thomas for driving me around the farms and lfs!

Able to identify with flower only. Look like Affinis to me. Remember I saw a stream full with affinis. There are 3 different looks. The emersed form of affinis look exactly the same in that picture.

Hello Thomas & Stan,
That's a tough one - try to get the submersed plant to flower! BTW, could you pease post a current pic?
This doesn't strike me as affinis (not from Indonesia anyway) and I'm also pretty sure it isn't bullosa. If I had to guess, I'd think of hudoroi although my 2 strains look different. There have been some more recent collections of this species though...

Kai
Hi Kai, I think this plant is farmed in Indonesia.
I will try to get it to flower[emersed]. I think that would be difficult considering my lousy planting skills. lol.

Hello Stan,
That speaks for either affinis or hudoroi. It's certainly a nice crypt for aquaria...
Have you asked wether the farm has had this one flowering?
Regards,
Kai
Hmmm, I didn't think to ask them as them for flowers if possible cos we were quite sure it's affinis.
I'll pop by tomorrow or day after to ask them.

Hi Kai,
Do you not agree that this plant looks identical to the one posted by Dom on MAC?.
Regards,
Des.
i think its c. hudoroi
i have some and its already cultivate in indonesia
but they are cultivate in the nature way
in indonesia there are one place who are cultivate crypto , such as red balance and wendtii , val gigantea etc
but if you take direcly from that place the crypto need to adaptation, because the place are very cold
this the plant ( crypto Huduroi)
Hi Kirana, Thanks for very much for your input. Have you got it to flower?
