this is a no Echinodorus species for sure. It is a Valisneria species.

yes, i would say its a vallisneria too.

Thanks, would it be possible to identified which vallisneria species? is it vallisneria spiralis? saw some of the leaf spiraling

Dun think it is Vallisneria spiralis. I thought the spiral in the name refers to the flower stalk?
Could be Vallisneria americana var. biwaensis though.
