To submit a new LFS entry, or photo or informational updates, please click on the 'New Entry' button.

All new entries will be placed in a moderation queue and will NOT BE VISIBLE until a moderator has approved and moved them to the respective regional listing. The moderator may edit or format the entries before approving.

New Entries

• Please use the following template when submitting new entries:

Photos

• Each entry may only have a maximum of 10 photos.
• At least one photo should be of the shop front, including signage. The purpose is to help readers recognise the place during their first visit. Additional photos that may help readers to find the place are strongly welcomed.
• Photos should be reasonably clear and sharp. Photos that are too blurry, or otherwise unviewable, will not be accepted.
• All AQ staff are volunteers who have limited time to spend working on AQ, so we would greatly appreciate it, if submitted photos are already edited to the following specifications:
  • JPEG (JPG).
  • 640x480, 480x640, 800x600, or 600x800 pixels.
  • 150KB or smaller.
  • Any other adjustments to make the photos viewable.
• Whether as part a new entry or an update, photos should be emailed to [email protected].
• Due credit will be given. However, if we forget, please send us a friendly reminder.

Informational Updates

• For updates, it is not necessary to use the template above. A simple note with the necessary information will be sufficent.

Who may submit entries and updates

• We welcome any aquarium business owner to submit an entry for his/her business.
• We also welcome AQ's members to update us when they spot new or unlisted aquarium businesses.
• As volunteers, AQ staff have limited time to work on AQ, so we would appreciate it if all submissions are as complete and as accurate as possible.

Advertisements

• This listing is a directory of aquarium businesses, and it's main purpose is to provide contact, location and service information about the listed aquarium businesses.
• It is not for advertising promotional offers, sales, discounts, events, stock arrivals, etc. Such advertisements may be posted in AQ's Merchant Advertisements and Announcements forum.
