What snail is this? is it good for planted tanks?

hihi,

my small tank got a lot of screws looking snails.... is it good for the plants' root or is it simply being pest?

be warned, snails can breed so fast that cause problem to your tank..

I have some of those in my tank.I don't mind, I have at least 200 red ramshorn snails in my tank.

I hate snails, usually remove it at the first sight

Be warned, these snail breed like there is no tomorrow. I had once removed 300+ of these snails over a span of 4 days from my 2 ft tank and have not got them under control.
