    hihi,

    my small tank got a lot of screws looking snails.... is it good for the plants' root or is it simply being pest?

    I have some of those in my tank.I don't mind, I have at least 200 red ramshorn snails in my tank.
    2 foot tank:A few generations of solid red endlers, a lot of red ramshorn snails, 9 Corydoras Pygmaeus, 1 Ancistrus sp.3, 10 bee shrimps, 1 Rineloricaria sp. Red, 1 Atyopsis Gabonensis, 3 Java ferns, 1 Anubias Nana

    I hate snails, usually remove it at the first sight

    Be warned, these snail breed like there is no tomorrow. I had once removed 300+ of these snails over a span of 4 days from my 2 ft tank and have not got them under control.
