How to stop e-mail notification

Hi administrator, I have a problem here. I have disabled all the e-mail notification boxes to stop AQ from sending the post notification to my e-mail address, but it still send those messages over. Do I miss out something or is there a bug?

I supposed you disable the instant email notification in the option of your CP?

The settings in the User CP->Edit Options only affect automatic-subscriptions for threads that you start or reply to after made the changes. The old subscriptions are still active. Go to User CP->List Subscriptions and delete all the old subscriptions.
